Our amazing family vacation at Iberostar in the Mexican Riveria
This five star resort had everything from water slides and wave pools to a lazy river and fabulous restaurants.
While the children were in the Kid's Club we relaxed on the lazy river.
A cold tub in a grotto with water falls on two sides.
All the little girls were getting the island braids.
Zumba on the beach? Yes please.
The children did so well on the airplane. We were even complimented on their good behavior.
Future flight attendant?
Elizabeth loved that we dressed up for dinner.
Beautiful, blue ocean
Posing on one of our balconies
Andrew loved all of the animal fountains
Everyday Elizabeth looked forward to seeing how the beds were decorated.
Chilling in the cabana in between activities.
If you like Pina Colada...
James had a blast plating water polo. I managed to get a picture of him scoring.
Every night there was a children's program before the entertainment began. A few times the children would rehearse in the kid's club and perform.
Post show cocktails with my little pirate.
One night Elizabeth performed in a children's pageant. She walked the runway in a dress, swim suit and a costume.
She chose to forgo the princess costumes for Superman.
The best show was the magician, and Elizabeth was pulled up on stage.
Not to be outdone, James participated in a game and won.
Our last night
We dined on surf and turf for our final meal at the fabulous resort.
