Halloween Fun

 Iron Man

Wonder Woman

Wolverine
(one of three costumes for Andrew)

Pumpkin carving!
Only Elizabeth helped scoop out the guts.

Andrew wanted very elaborate jack-o-lanterns.  But had to settle for my rudimentary skills.

Michael designed a vampire face.
Elizabeth's had eyelashes and lipstick.
Andrew ended up with a kooky face.

The first trick or treating of the season was at a nursing home.  The ladies loved the rippling muscles on the boys' costumes.

Trying to get a picture of all the kids was impossible.

Andrew was thrilled to have other super heroes in his class.
After the parade and party he and I decorated a pumpkin.  He finished in record time, the teacher noted he was the opposite of his sister.

The library party was very hectic, so we did a few activities then left.

Zoo Boo is always a favorite

The haunted house was awesome this year and it ended with Thriller!

Eating a treat while watching the gorillas

Andrew's music class party

Practicing the eyeball golf game I created for Michael's school party.

Elizabeth was sick on Halloween, so we did some trick or treating in the house.

Good thing we practiced because she was scared of a lot of the teenagers who came to our door.

Michael and James heading out on a cold, rainy night.  I love how Andrew and Elizabeth are peeking through the windows.

Following her recipe for Witch's Brew

Once Andrew saw how much candy Michael brought home he decided he wanted to go out for the last fifteen minutes.  James said Michael was practically running to the houses.  They were very efficient without younger children holding them back.

The neighbors happily emptied their trays for Andrew.

Our largest stash yet.
