A Fun February

After seven and a half years we are now crib free.  Andrew finally decided to sleep in his big boy bed.  It was getting pretty crowded with two twin beds, a crib, dresser etc.  He helped to pack away his crib bedding.  While putting the blankets in a garbage bag he commented, "I'm just like Andy in Toy Story when he was packing for college."

I am so proud of Elizabeth donating her hair.  I had been growing my hair long to donate for the third time to children with hair loss.  When it came time for the cut, she had enough too.  She gave nine inches and I gave fifteen.

This has been a snowy winter.  On this occasion we realized it was the first time the three children had been out together.  We did a little of everything.

Andrew was pretty good at shoveling, except he only wanted to clear the grass.

Elizabeth deciding which sled is the fastest.

This past month we have had plenty more opportunities to play in the snow.

First college basketball game
Xavier came to Pittsburgh to play Duquesne and the kids did great at their first game.  They loved the music, cheerleaders, mascots and watching the game from the second row.  Elizabeth and I were even on the jumbo-tron.  Here they are cheering for my school:  X-A-V-IER!
Bonus:  We won!
